Visas cannot be obtained at the border or at the airport. The average time to obtain a Visa is two (2) weeks, however this will vary depending on location. Please be aware the each country has different requirements as to how to apply for an international business Visa. Please check with your local consulate to get the most accurate information about obtaining a Visa for your specific country.

Getting There:

Distance to Hotel - Florence Peretola Airport (FLR) - 3 kilometers/10 Minutes

Taxis are stationed in front of the terminals at the airport or can be called by radiotaxi. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs approximately €15 ($23 USD).

There is a free shuttle to transport attendees from the Hilton Florence Metropole to downtown Florence and all its attractions. The shuttle bus runs on the following schedule:

Hilton Florence Metropole to S.M.N. Train station:
8:00am-9:00am-10:30am-11:30am-12:30pm-3:00pm-4:45pm-6:00pm-7:00pm-8:00pm

S.M.N. Train station to Hilton Florence Metropole:
