Visas cannot be obtained at the border or at the airport. The average time to obtain a Visa is two (2) weeks, however this will vary depending on location. Please be aware the each country has different requirements as to how to apply for an international business Visa. Please check with your local consulate to get the most accurate information about obtaining a Visa for your specific country.

Broadband Forum Discount Rates for the Hilton Valencia:
Single Room - €140 ($180 USD)/Double Room - €160 ($205 USD). To be guaranteed this discounted rate, reservations must be made by May 1, 2009.
Reservations may be cancelled 10 days prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellation 10 to 4 days before arrival date, one night non-refundable deposit will
be charged. Less than 4 days before arrival, two nights will be charged to the guaranteed credit card.

*Note: If reservations are made with a travel agency, the Broadband
Forum will not be able to assist in adjusting room rates as the
hotel has special agreements with each travel agency. For the Broadband Forum
to get involved, you must make your reservations as stated above.
Distance to Hotel - Valencia Airport (VLC) - 10 kilometers/10 minutes
Taxi from the airport to hotel costs approximately €25 ($32 USD).
By public transport: From Valencia Airport take any Line 3 or 5 train to Angel Guimera from the airport. Change here for Line 1 trains to Beniferri
(trains for Betera, Lliria, Paterna or Seminari). On arrival at Beniferri Station, exit and follow signs to Palacio de Congresos where you will see the
Hilton Valencia hotel.
By car: Exit the Airport and follow signs for Castellon-Alicante and then Feria Valencia. Continue on the CV-35 into Valencia to the Palacio de Congresos and
once there Hilton Valencia is just across the street.
