Idea Time – CloudCO & Other Demonstrations 2024 Kickoff
It is that time of the year to submit your ideas for the technology demonstrations that you would like to see the Broadband Forum lead in 2024. The above video is a summary of the kickoff meeting held February 7th, 2024, that provides:

The process has just begun and all ideas for demonstrations are welcome. As is emphasized in the above video, we are also open to various kinds of demonstrations, beyond the planned demo at Network X in Paris, October 8-10.
Some key upcoming dates:
- February 29 – submissions due for use cases to describe the proposed demos, and initial interested in demo participation.
- March 29 – Finalized use cases (demos) selected.
- April 5 – Participation agreement and cost will be finalized and published.
- April 29 – All participants MUST have signed the participation agreement.

- 01:33 – The demonstrations can potentially cover multiple work areas. It is important to start the planning process now as it does require an immense effort by many people.
- 03:05 – Submit your use cases and your interest in participation. Revisit the page on a regular basis to review other submissions, as it could spark further ideas.
- 03:55 – February 29th is the final day for submission of ideas. At the Broadband Forum Member Meeting in Mainz, Germany, we will start to filter through the ideas and begin matching with participation interest.
